Many possibles

My Encounter Tech Inc Divvy shares that Merged with my PEG Inc Divvy's do not have a cusip number nor do my SREH converted to ABVG Divvy's That built the MMX app.

Now I have ENTI/PTEL/DUTV shares in a Shcwab account and they are trad-able because the brokerage is self clearing

Then I have ENTI shares in a now Ally account. That were held buy Zecco that merged with Tradeking and then TradeKing was acquired buy Ally. Zecco was a Non self clearing brokerage. The last I knew those shares had price restriction and volume restrictions on them with surcharges. Price had to be above $2 to trade without restrictions.

Only thing my Ally brokerage will tell me is... They have my $250,000,000.00 SEC complaint on file and that they suggested I could go into arbitration. I suppose that they would suggest arbitration with a pps of .0002.

However...from letters it appears that merger acquisition is complete. March 2017 I was made to sign a Money Market agreement to access my account. The account was then from my understand from a letter. Assigned to APEX clearing. My understand also Ally being a Financial Institution. They have 2 years Under Dodd/Frank to divest in high risk securities and or the security has to reach a pps of $2 or higher. From what I have read it appears Ally has set aside 1-2 Billion dollars to clear those acquired accounts. I also read where Zecco sold $275,000,000.00 in assets to Ally before merging with TradeKing. That apparently happen shortly after I filed the $250,000,000.00 VALID SEC complaint.

Then again it could be you just have a different ENTI cusip number. There are like 3-4 maybe more.
