My thoughts exactly.

Been around a very long time and this one isn't smelling right.

There are very few reasons a company of any size would be this late filing financials let alone being late and then leaving your accountant. Obviously, the accounting firm was not seeing things the same as SGMD. OR maybe the company PR's are not aligning with reality.

Something isn't right.
