KK stated yesterday in public and private forums:

1) It's high time that our shareholders had a chance to participate in that value. All of our shareholders.
2) All questions will be addressed.

It has been fun to speculate without any information from GERS. We are now nearer to hearing from KK than we have been for nearly two years. So, we can speculate further, worry incessantly or wait for more substantive guidance.

Something else also has been verified. KK reads/follows the Skunk, perhaps other boards?
