"The amount of the total authorized capital stock of the corporation shall be thirteen billion five hundred thirty million (13,530,000,000) shares consisting of twelve billion five hundred million (12,500,000,000) shares of Common Stock, $.00001 par value per share, and one billion thirty million (1,030,000,000) shares of Preferred Stock consisting of one billion twenty five million three hundred thousand (1,025,300,000) undesignated shares of Preferred Stock, $.001 par value per share; four hundred thousand (400,000) shares of Series C Preferred Stock, $.001 par value per share; one million eight hundred thousand (1,800,000) shares of Series E Preferred Stock, $.001 par value per share; five hundred thousand (500,000) shares of Series F Preferred Stock, $.001 par value per share; and two million (2,000,000) shares of Series G Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock, $.001 par value per share..."

Everything else... in other words, all of the places where the A/S is still claimed to be 25 billion... is a fraudulent lie.

Do not be surprised if the SEC suspends this ticker because Adrian has been perpetrating this fraudulent lie since January.
