T minus 7.5 hours now. Everything is packed up. Using the library internet service, which will be my only access for 4 months.
Cannot believe it came to this. Truly cannot. A few years ago, when I had lost half my million dollars, a friend pointed out CECO stock to me and urged me to buy it and hold for several years. I was always a gambler, taking incredibly huge positions. I was all in CECO, then sold for a small gain. Proceeded to lose every last cent of the money and now owe $10,000 besides.
Had I just held for 3 years, would have $3 million today.
Not trying to evoke sympathy obviously- just marveling at the amazing game this is. I wish to God I had never played. Oh, how I wish I had never played. Because I will never have another day when I don't wake up kicking myself in the butt for this.
