They had $15 million and have been in process of major dilution to raise $300 million.. the CEO called it a line of equity...line if equity..lol..it's a major dump on shareholders. Seen this game with tops..Newl, Diana and drys..it's always about to explode..lol.. then boom a reverse split and do it again.. why not, it's allowed..by nasfaq so..what the hell..I'd do it to... that s guy can raise a billion. And if he doesn't change the business model then they'll continue to bleed..this is short term fix unless he has something huge up his sleeve
