I don’t see any previous Cannabis connection, a lot of factors add up from both press releases. I had never heard of UHLN, but their actions coupled with other factors make it seem plausible. The whole shift to franchising restaurants, impending stock symbol change. Locale. Merger/acquisition. Also ACI likes to have control via preferred stock, they do not gain control via owning the majority of outstanding shares. So current UHLN holders may have the majority of shares but not decision power. JMHO
