Now that Molteni is involved, a "buyout" (friendly) could become difficult,--- which means "leveraged buyout"---which can get nasty, and lead to a "hostile takeover"---obtaining a controlling # of OS. MM's will make a deal for large blocks waaaay under the open market s/p---If the buyer had to buy "open market", the s/p could soar----to our benefit, as to our evaluation, and what we as individuals get from it. No telling how it would end up.
