The way I read this is said person loaned defendants $805,000 in 2004, in 2007 said person was repaid $805,000 cash + 4,000,000 HYHY in 2007 ( shares at the time were over a $1.00 per share). By 2009 when this complaint seems to have been filed, shares drop to around 9 cents per share. Said plaintiff could have sold the shares he was given in 2007 for a profit of approx. $4,000,000. Sounds like he held shares till 2009 when shares were only worth 9 cents. NOTE: In Canada it cost nothing to file a complaint, sounds like said person sour grapes and trying to get monies from any one. P.S. Reading the rest of the complaint has nothing to do with Mark DeStefano, who him self could have been just an investor who sold when stock was up and made a profit. Said person listed any names he could find involved in the above transactions.

This is the way I read it, IMO.
