Gartner's Magic Quadrant-

I'm an I.T. Manager by day so I will often look at Gartner's Magic Quadrant and other publications to determine what I.T. hardware/software solutions are highly regarded (they use a qualitative analysis) to factor into my decision making process. The "Leaders" category is where you want to be.

The thing that caught my eye is that if you look at all the other companies in the "Leaders" category, ITCC is far and away the company with the most upside.

This is one of those rare risk/reward opportunities that made me increase my exposure in this stock. I like the fact that they are showing profitability. Hopefully the new CEO will continue that trend and gain more clients. We've already established that their solution is on par the other industry-leading vendors, so now it becomes a question of execution. Perhaps they get bought out.. there has been speculation of that for awhile now. If you look on the Magic Quadrant, Wyde was already aquired by MphasIs and Macamish was acquired by Infosys. Concentrix is part of Synnex. So, it's definitely not outlandish to think that could happen.

I also went on Glassdoor and saw that there were a lot more positive comments coming from employees with regard to the new CEO. It was mentioned that he is bringing new ideas and positive energy. There is also a mention of a new head of HR that is bringing ideas on enhancing employee benefits. They are all open and committed to frequent communication with employees. They have also promoted several employees from within to executive positions. One of the negative comments is how difficult it can be to satisfy customers, but it sounded like they are prioritizing good employee workplace conditions.

Playing devil's advocate, there are quite a few companies in the Leader space, but many of those are elephants (like Oracle) and I still think ITCC has its niche.

Any way you slice it, I appreciate this being brought to the board and I continue to be optimistic on this one.
