I have my shares thru E-Trade. They gave me an on site form to copy and fill out for the SEC info. Then mailed into E-Trade and agreed to pay $150.00 if necessary for transfer from restricted. They said 4-6 week wait. Took 6 weeks but went thru. Now shares have been resting in my account for several weeks and no charge was assessed.
So I figure any dispute is not with kgkg method , but rather with
brokerage house.
