Salary and benefits are paid from the nominal revenue the pipsqueak company still getts from its declining existing customer base. The (mis)management are nott guys who have other income opportunities in the Grass Valley area. Nobody wants an 85 year old guy to work mixing dough at Flour Shop bakery or working the counter at Bubba's Bagels - and even if they did, it's less than the salary, benefits, and expenses that mismangement can siphon off the declining revenue base.

And while volume is generally light, there is still trading that occurs and that at least keeps the FLOORLESS COnverters able to dump CONversion shares in dribs and drabs.

Butt the CONvertible creditors wood prefer a REVERSE SPLIT, which BTW also requires the company to be current in its report.
