"Variable priced securities" is exactly what they are doing now, so a misrepresentation situation has likely occurred. NEXT, they wrote: "The Company has also announced today that it does not intend to conduct another reverse stock split of its common shares for the following 12 calendar months from March 26, 2018" Would be watch to see how they do. Having said that, I see tons of value at this level even with the dilution. I shall watch to see whether it comes lower before buying. Trading ATIS up and down for now.
