Why would this ticker be considered "Pink Current Information" when there has been no OTCM filings since 2009 or SEC filings since 2003.....??

2.7M o/s and only .05 cents, if the filings were truly current it would seemingly be a good possibly future runner....however, almost has to be a mistake on OTC Markets part.
