Wow. You are really limiting yourself. Anyone who trades a little better understand the wash sale rule completely. Try using gainskeeper.com for working out your Schedule D. You do have to pay attention to washes in December and January. I have made over 12,000 trades since 1999 and never had a problem. Its easy, but I am not going to explain it here.
