Read at bottom of page 27 of the 10 Q and it was mentioned in another area " going concern " we will have to raise money to get operations off the ground 20 grand in bank. I posted about solar panels the company A-1 is out of business since 2017.And we had some business deal with them issuance of stock. Take your time and comb it did not realize we had a board but as I read it read the board authorize the increase of stock increase to the ceo. And I might be incorrect on the financial page it reads digital coins 2 yes 2. Some many shares have been used/traded to get rid of our loans that we owed !
