22 million shares plus 15% puts the company on the auction block essentially as currently 48 million shares outstanding. Will Astrazeneca step up to the plate and out bid all others for these shares? I will admit I sold all mine premarket this morning. I am an investor and hate uncertainty plus I am always wary of pre market run ups that get trashed at the open. I will buy it back even at a loss when it settles down and hold for the long haul. Approval seems fait accompli.
