I spoke with our very active Chairman of the Board, Josh, today. He's an intelligent guy who's extremely passionate about PTOPs product, service, growth and potential.

He's 100% dedicated and committed to: PTOP, Protecting and increasing shareholder value, Working with auditors and legal counsel to resolve concerns and discrepancies with Chris Esposito and the Code2Action note, getting PTOP Financials up to date with the SEC, company re-branding, and the Mobicard V3 release.

He's a man of ethics and integrity, and therefore won't provide us with "hopeful" or "misleading" updates like Chris did. Maintaining integrity and credibility are his top values. He assured me the Company will provide as much information as possible at the earliest time the Company is allowed to share.

They are working around the clock to protect and increase shareholder value. This unexpected start to 2018 will soon be put behind us. Remember what you invested in; the technology (which is not in question), which continues to grow and can't be replicated by any other company.
