No one is going to pay what they'd be asking to lease space except for Bask. Heck, they do not even own the land. Why anyone would invest in a company that owns nothing is beyond me. Most of the large growers will be located in Central and Western Mass and that 100k sq ft has put the knife in anyone thinking they can corner the market. The STATE wants as many fees and applications as suckers will oblige and deliberately set it up that way. Rec will be the main market and they'll be plenty of lower cost options.
