Something to consider:

MARKET CAP 1.95mil at the current price of .0005

MSPC is severely undervalued

MSPC is in the business of BUYING business

MSPC could easily be raising money to buyback the stock and go private. Then relaunch at a later date.

My question to the really smart folks here: What happens to us longs and our shares if MSPC does buyback all the outstanding shares and go private?
