Based on the new $100,000 discount share purchase agreement, they will have to raise the authorized share count. There aren't enough shares currently available to cover the $100,000 DSPA. So sometime this year they will surprise us with a bump up to...????

Any guesses what they will raise the authorized share limit to?

I'll guess 6,500,000,000. That's six billion, five hundred million - and they still won't have squat to show for it once they reach the new limit.
