I can think of ONE single reason for them to be messing around with filings from a decade ago since the SEC couldn’t care less about 10 year old Nasdaq filings much less OTC ones - what’s left you may wonder?

How amount a MUCH bigger company that’s SQUEAKY clean either in discussions of a buyout or a reverse merger.

That’s it folks, that’s my serious opinion.

There’s no other reason for these 2007 filings to be messed with at all unless another entity is merging or buying.
