Mr. diddy, I don't think you world class patent attorney (that's a joke) ever responded to the question regarding ASD's failure to disclose or credit prior technology. Nor did he (she) ever comment on CDEX' ability to reinstate the invalid patent claqim should the license be terminated. I suspect
wa sp's explanation on RB was close to the truth.
