What I take from it is this......

CVR Global spun out CVR Medical to create the stenosis device.
By Global's reckoning they are at the stage to run with the approval, marketing and commercialization as an entity in their (CVR Medical) right. The child is ready to leave the nest, though CVR Global's belief in the device extends to wanting a sizable chunk of the shares,which they believe are about to become very valuable.

That is just my take on it. That they are making the announcement,
just tells me that lift-off is very close indeed.
