I can see that with CLKA, but how did it work with RNVA this last month when they authorized a share increase? If a mm is issuing these shares into the market driving the price down...then isn't there another mm (maybe the same one) picking up the cheap shares from those bagholders who panicked? And eventually driving the price up to sell at a profit?
