I m almost certain that we will get the $1 million because if there were any doubt about its future payment that would have to be disclosed - the delay is disappointing, of course, and it would be nice to know if it was caused by our tardiness / incompetence or by the bureaucracy or bean-counters at Schlumberger.

So, it looks like one order will be shipped in the first year after the agreement closed. One is better than none, of course, but it is a very, very disappointing result. I don't know what the current capacity at the plant is but I would like to see one order shipped per month, and that's just for starters. The real money (profits) will come when we finally demonstrate the Voraxial's potential in the other industries.
