Roger,that is the $3600.00 question.I'm not interested in pursuing the answer.I am pretty confident that they are selling either way.Granted the average cannabis consumer most likely won't ever buy one but the theme of the store is top shelf cannabis.I imagine doctors,attorneys,entertainers,wall street pro's and the typical high income populous would most likely be the customer to make that purchase.Don't forget that the town in Colorado known as Aspen saw higher revenues in cannabis than wine,liquor and beer for the year 2017.I'm under the assumption that Aspen for the most part is an attraction for people that aren't poor.This should be a very good gauge for how cannabis is progressing in general.Also one option to get an answer for your question is to simply call a Diego dispensary.
