Try CSSI. He tried to get me to buy into this nonsense. Otherwise, I do not know other scams but there must be dozens of others by the Canadians. I feel stupid that I was duped by false info and statements. I also think that the Canadian govt. was duped into thinking that they actually had the tech that they proposed. WPWR did countless presentations at many events including the World Bank environmental programs and UN events, etc. Time for jail.
