I agree with what you say but you have to ask yourself, if someone is selling them then someone is buying them. Well who is dumping them that cheap? I was trying to figure out if someone sold 1.72 million shares then who bought them? Who wanted to sell 1.7 mill shares at .0086? For every seller there has to be a buyer and vice versa. Did anyone get filled at .0086 and the MM's just spread the shares out over the span of many buyers who had their limit orders in or was it done in one even exchange? If we could figure that out we would have our answer I believe.
