What is ACAN gonna charge a grower? The cost to them is .38cents a sq ft or 1.5% a month of revenue. We'll call it 4.50 a sq ft per year. To make a profit, they have to charge more! They own nothing. Just trying to scalp more off of the ground lease. Not gonna work as others simply decide to build. Company is dead on arrival. Nothing but hype on its way out. The regs killed along with its sheer greed.
