As of 12/31/17 they had one convertible note outstanding for $105k which could very well be done with now meaning no dilution to worry about..



It is ironic that the name of their treatment is Kush but it has nothing to do with the cannabis plant.. Perhaps it is a hint..

Because I have been getting a few whispers about an apparent CBD product for pets getting announced this week.
