It might have something to do with the value of FRFS, which is an asset of GIFA. A reverse merger has not yet occurred, and FRFS might be name-changed to GIFA, but it is not yet GIFA - it is FRFS, and it has a multi-million dollar market cap. GIFA bought it at rock bottom prices, and it appreciated in value considerably prior to the end of the year.
