2 officers of the company own 25 Million shares each.

On paper they have lost $2 million each this year.

I am confident they will see that the overdue financials get released VERY soon !

They will show doubling of revenue quarter over quarter and the PR will likely be VERY positive about future growth and prospects.

Once released the share price should get to over $0.03 IMHO.
