if siaf is getting a lousy 10y $20M dollar loan right now


SIAF or TRW? If I were to choose then I would rather have SIAF to have that loan than TRW - that would take care of so much of the risks and uncertainties, hence the SIAF-discount should be heavily reduced (if TRW get a 20M loan then CA would get a part of that of course, but not really enought to speed up TRW too much and not enough to get some real cash-flow to SIAF in the short-run)
