Yeah, the cultivator, like Valley Green. Acan is gonna have to lease to 10 cultivators to fill the greenhouse facility. Why pay them when you can build your own 100k sq ft one and own it? Not like ACAN is flush with cash either to lend them? You'd think the dopes in Charlton would ask them some questions as no one is allowed more then 100k sq ft of canopy as owner for rec and med has its own distinct issues. The lowest cost provider will be greenhouses but there is NO NEED to locate at any mega greenhouses. Especially leasing from public companies that have exorbitant costs just to run them.
