Listen, the is a max limit of 100,000k sq ft of canopy for rec per company, by regulation. There will be lawsuit after lawsuit filed for those who try to skirt the regs. Medical will likely tap out at 150k or so users. No need for a a gazillion sq ft greenhouse. These greenhouse guys in this state will only be able to rent or lease to other companies and they are not gonna make millions doing so as the price drops like a stone, like everywhere else in fairly short order. The entire concept is a dead duck quacking without changes to the regs.
