I’m becoming more hopeful about LCLP since the company filed the NT 10-Q because at least they’re making the attempt to get current, apparently. Better to have filed the notice that it wasn’t going to make the deadline and request more time than to have not filed. And despite the gloomy outlook, this company’s non-GAAP EPS according to the last filing is more than 5 cents.
