Right to Try:

1) Hospitals would have to stock Cartridges
2) Are patients able to speak, to authorize
3) In the event that a patient is not able to speak, can the responsible person, spouse, parent, sibling, give that authorization.

I don't think many USA hospitals even know it exists.
My relatives here in Columbus do... but they are "just" doctors.
Unless there is some press release or ad in a medical journal or a article written in a commonly read medical magazine...
Front page spread is what they need.
It is ground breaking Bio … isn't it?
Seems very complicated to me.
