The pr today was already confirming what we knew what was going to happen. However there are 3 peices of info that was released that are inportant to note.
-- The merger is complete

--Financing this transaction was made available by direct loan to the company from Mr. Rechtman its CEO

--Detail of the financing will become available in the near future with the expiration of the NDA the companies signed.

Panic buy high, wait, sell very low. Repeat to make others rich.
