I think your PPS comment is very logical, IMO as well we should see double digits by year end.{from our mouths to GOD'S ears} This is a wide window. rangeing from 10 to 20, so all of this depends on what guidance the Co. can give the public & the insitutions by then. Keep in mind many institutions are precluded from buying below $3, others at $4 and some at $5. However many hedge funds do not have this preclusion and prabably have been building up positions quietly.
