Eyetalk was created to defraud REVO shareholders, endlich0.

If eyetalk is a private Company of ali and ron . It is very clear and Logical that the stolen income goes back to the shareholders ( i dont know if Ron is also guilty) it would have been complicated, if eyetalk would have more shareholders not involved in the fraud. then they wd have a right to get parts of the expected income -how much do you expect?- depending on their spent Money to join eyetalk.

The SEC evidence is that Carter and Ali were involved, together every step of the way, in creating Eyetalk.

The following facts have been made crystal clear:

1. Ron Carter and Solomon Ali created Eyetalk, to get 60% of REVO patent income.
2. All Eyetalk shareholders are associates of Carter and Ali.
3. No Eyetalk shareholder paid for their Eyetalk shares.
4. All Eyetalk shareholders were aware of the fraud.
5. The remaining 40% of income from REVO patents goes to a Solomon Ali company.

It is not a complicated fraud.

Eyetalk was set up dishonestly.
Carter and Ali use private companies to take away money that should be going to REVO shareholders.

That's why Carter will not tell you how much Eyetalk gets from the patents.
