Where's the PR with Province of Quebec which is pro-business and pro-high tech? Will the Federal Minister for ISED pay a visit soon for a photo op? Neither are likely due to Benoit Laliberte. He's convicted of stock fraud and stock manipulation in Quebec and I doubt they would lift a finger to help him. Similarly, Minister of ISED knows the story and has the evidence out of the CCAA Proceedings, the CRTC Applications and the non-compliance with the Conditions of Licence. Benoit Laliberte has earned personna non grata status in Canadian Telecom and banking circles.
