I think it had to do with the recent news:

Ex-Verizon Go90 Boss Chip Canter Lands at Massive Interactive

This company filed a form 15 in 2015 and is no longer making its financial information public.

Just because they don't make their numbers public doesnt mean they aren't doing well. Some traders are speculating that things may be going well.

I had one stock a few years back that I bought for around a dime per share. I held it for years and it did nothing. Tried to contact the company but never got to speak to anyone who knew anything. The stock moved up to around .14 to 16 cents and I was like " the hell with it" and sold.

About 4 months after I sold the company was bought out for .92 cents per share.

Some of these companies stop reporting right around they time they become profitable.

CDLA - a 100+ year old steel fabricator stopped reporting and the stock sunk to around .07 Nobody cared about it. But for many years they were paying shareholders .01 per share divy. I think the company went private and bot out the last of shares around $4.00. ( I sold when it ran up over $2.00 - but held 90k shares for years)

P P M D also filed a form 15 years ago but if you read their last Q you will notice they were just beginning to make a profit.

Lots of shenanigans in penny world.
