It's highly unlikely they changed the time due to quality of news. They have had "good news" for over 2 weeks now, likely about Cannophen because the Cannophen samples were in the same post when they announced the existence of "good news". And if the CC time change was because of the quality of news, why did they make it earlier in the first place?

My opinion is they changed the time because they are busy in the morning with something important. The call is still during trading hours and plenty of time to buy or sell before close. I'm guessing most people on the call will know if they want to buy or sell within 20-30 minutes. It's possible they are delaying this call/news for this long because they are trying to finalize something or get as close as possible to the goal before telling us about it, delays in a business such as this are common and should be expected. Those who believe Cannophen should already be on shelves or will be in the next few days are thinking unrealistically.
