Could it be possible that the decision has been made some time ago and that Syneos Health has actually lost the arbitration but is threatening an appeal based on the fraud accusations ( as this is one area an appeal may occur in an arbitration). Now , usually arbitration decisions are upheld but does CVM want to go down that road. Extra expense and time! Would it be possible that CVM got significantly more than anticipated but dropping fraud from verbage would reduce take a bit, still VERY good, but allow this to end now. Just speculation. Thoughts?
