Oldoil, it is not correct to refer ERHC's share price is in the "2s", the share price has been 2 milrays, When you refer to the 2s, it infers the range of $2.00 to $2.99. Milrays do not have a range like that since there is no lower monetary unit for US currency then the milray. Please refer to the share price correctly as 2 milrays, with the possibility of going to 3 milrays, although it is far more likely the share price will return to one milray then go to 3 morays. the share price cannot go lower than one milray as that is the lowest reportable price on the pink slips.
In 10 yrs the shareprice fell from ~$99(after split) to now $0.0001 (1 milray) & the same jokers are still in place & not reporting ERHC's finances. How do PN & SO justify being there while bringing ERHC to its knees. A funeral is soon,see ya there
