over $1 milly inventory but won't pay for 10-K audit, says it's unnecessary expense and he can't afford it, but then skips filing quarterly altogether even though it's not audited....what's his excuse for that? Looks like berge considering an exit....getting current status back will cost twice as much than if he had stayed current....he's finally choking on his own notes....
