Sounds like Q4 was a disaster. This is from the NT-10K filing just out:

The Registrant plans to report decreases in revenues and earnings over the prior fiscal year, but the final adjustments have not been made to be able to quantify and report the actual estimates.

Yikes! Not sure how you go from nice increases for the nine months to annual decreases. And remember Q4 last year was a big loss.
