...let's say that ERHC has enough money to maintain its office in Houston. Let's further assume that employees and management are receiving their salaries. Let's also further assume that they have the ability to defend themselves against Kosmos...

...AND let's assume they have the money to serve a libel lawsuit on someone.

That's gotta be worth more more than $600k. And yet the market cap is where it is.

Could it be that ERHC Energy came into some money ever since the public filings stopped getting filed?

If true...just that should justify a higher valuation than currently, no?
