Actually, the MMs are having a hard time because no one is selling their shares who have bought before the 16th. A MM does not have to make a deal at all, look at some stocks with volume less than 50k per day.

RPH is working with MMs so that they do not reset the price by .1667 and keep the price the same after more shares are given out.

Remember, this is a comapny merged from 2, plus their is an addition to the Assets of the Company. Having a high PE ratio stems from a solid Balance Sheets and High Cash Flows. Plus strong guidance.
